NBA 2K21 Season 5: Age of Heroes features two new card collections. We are talking about the Golden Age selection that includes past NBA icons and the Modern Age collection that has some of the best current NBA players. New Pantheon: All-Star packs now feature Dark Matter items. These items are currently some of the best you can obtain in MyTeam. The first Dark Matter items are Zion Williamson and Michael Jordan. Use these cards in your lineup and you will be able to complete challenging content. These are amazing cards, but, they are only the beginning. The other cards and the completion rewards for the Modern Age and Golden Age collections will be great additions to your roster. The people in charge of Season 5 had a great task in deciding what the completion rewards will be. These cards are not just high-rated, they also feature NBA legends to stay in line with the heroes theme. The completion reward for the Modern Age collection is Dark Matter Gregg Popovich. This coach card has a great defensive system that gives +10 boosts to important defensive ratings. The Golden Age completion reward is Dark Matter Phil Jackson. This is the coach’s first occurrence in MyTeam. This coach specializes in offense with +10 boosts to offensive stats. Your players’ attributes will reach unbelievable numbers thanks to these two coaches. We have 30 new item cards to obtain from these two collections. Cards depicting the NBA players in comic book visuals can be obtained from Agenda Groups.
The collection will be fully revealed on March 19th when the last cards will be made available. They will be added to the Agenda Groups so players can start obtaining them. Season 5 coincided with the conclusion of the MyTeam Unlimited Tournament. This was the third installation of this event. We saw some spectacular performances as the participants competed for the $250,000 reward. In addition to these two collections, the past Season 5 week brought a lot of new content. We have the first rewards for the Spotlight Sim challenge. Sixteen pink diamond items are up for grabs. You get eight for completing a set of challenges. For each completed set, you acquire one galaxy opal card as a bonus reward. A third galaxy opal card is also part of this reward.
